These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 5th Ave Telecom website and the security, telecom, cabling, and AV services we provide in Palm Beach County, Florida. By using our website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates are based on the information you provide and an initial site review. Final pricing may change if site conditions, scope, equipment availability, or third-party carrier costs differ from what was originally provided. Any change in scope will be communicated before additional work is performed.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, electrical service, mounting locations, and any equipment we need to install or service. Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or third-party carriers may affect timing.
Payment terms are agreed in writing on each quote or service agreement. Past-due balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by Florida law.
We stand behind our installation work. Manufacturer warranties apply to all hardware (cameras, NVRs, phones, switches, access points, etc.) per the manufacturer's terms. Damage caused by misuse, power surges, weather events, vandalism, or third-party modifications is not covered.
We may resell or coordinate services from third-party carriers and software providers (internet, VoIP, cloud PBX, monitoring). Those services are subject to the providers' own terms, uptime, and pricing. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.
Security and telecom systems reduce risk but do not guarantee prevention of theft, fraud, crime, downtime, or loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service at issue.
